How this workshop operates

Written reports, not verbal summaries

Every service produces a document that describes what was found, what was done, and the measured results. You receive this alongside the watch.

Work under controlled conditions

Movements are opened in a clean workshop environment. Inspection uses calibrated magnification and photographic documentation before any intervention.

Separate approval before any work

The diagnostic report is issued first. Work only proceeds after you review findings and confirm. There is no assumption of consent.

Calibre-appropriate lubricants

Lubrication choices follow manufacturer technical specifications for each calibre. Not one standard lubricant applied across all movements.

Fixed address in Silom

The workshop is at a permanent address on Si Lom Road. You can visit, discuss the piece, and collect in person. No courier-only arrangement.

Pressure testing after case closure

Water resistance is verified before the watch is returned. This applies to full service work where the case is opened during the process.

Not sure which service your watch needs?

The diagnostic report is a good starting point. Send us a brief description of what you have noticed and we can discuss the most appropriate next step.

Questions about the service

How do I begin — do I need to visit in person?
You can start by calling or sending a message through the contact form. Describe the watch and what you have noticed. We will advise whether an in-person visit is the right first step or whether you can bring the piece directly for diagnostic inspection.
What calibres and brands does the workshop handle?
The full service covers modern automatic calibres from mainstream Japanese, Swiss, and German manufacturers. This includes movements from Seiko, Orient, ETA-based calibres, and many others. The complication recalibration service addresses chronograph, GMT, annual calendar, and moonphase modules. Contact us with the calibre reference if you are uncertain.
How long does the full service take?
The full service for modern automatics typically takes three to four weeks from the point of drop-off. The complication recalibration requires additional time due to the multi-day observation cycle — typically four to six weeks. We will give a specific estimate when the watch is received and inspected.
Can I receive the diagnostic report and then decide elsewhere?
Yes. The diagnostic and condition report is a standalone service. The report belongs to you and may be shared with any other workshop you choose. We do not require commitment to further work as a condition of producing the report.
What does pressure testing involve after a service?
After case reassembly, the watch is placed in a pressure tester to verify that the seals hold to the manufacturer's specified depth rating. This is included as part of the full service process whenever the case is opened. The test result is noted in the written summary.
How is payment handled and what currency is accepted?
All prices are quoted and invoiced in Thai Baht (฿). Payment is collected at collection, after work is complete. We accept cash and Thai bank transfers. No deposit is required before the diagnostic report is delivered.
